Jen Girardi is the founder of Alto Marketing + Management (Alto MM), a Whistler-based agency specializing in athlete management, event production, marketing and creative strategy. With more than two decades rooted in action sports, Jen has built a career connecting athletes, brands and creatives. At Alto MM, she produces standout projects and partnerships while creating opportunities that contribute to the community that has shaped her career.

Shannon is the founder of The Collective Alchemy, where she helps ambitious people reconnect with themselves so they can create lives and businesses that feel aligned, expansive, and fulfilling. Through nervous system education, somatic practices (including breathwork and yoga nidra), and transformational coaching, she helps people move beyond the conditioning and stories that keep them stuck, expand their capacity to receive, create more flexibility from within and step into the version of themselves they’ve always known was possible.

Andrea is a Whistler-based artist creating bold, colourful artwork inspired by the mountains, wildlife, and stories that connect us to the places we love. With over 20 years as an artist, educator, and retailer, she creates meaningful products that bring a little piece of these places home—designed to inspire, connect, and be cherished.
